WHEN PERSONAL DATA ARE NOT PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM THE PERSON WHOSE INFORMATION IS PROVIDED

We process the personal information that is required for the above purposes and when they are not collected directly from the person whose data is being processed by the lessee, driver 1 or driver 2.

Right to Access - You can request access to your personal information and verify that your is processed personal data.

Right to rectification - You may request that D.I.Z. d.o.o. rectify personal data that are incorrect
or to complete personal data that are incomplete.

Right of cancellation (right of oblivion) – You can request that D.I.Z. d.o.o. delete your personal data
if one of the following conditions is fulfilled:

a. personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise worked;

b. file an objection to automated decision making and there are no stronger legitimate grounds for the processing, or filing a complaint for processing for direct marketing;

c. personal data are illegally processed;

d. personal data must be deleted by a mandate based on European Union law or based on rights and regulations of the Republic of Croatia

a. You dispute the accuracy of your personal data, during a period allowed by D.O.O.

In case you requested restriction of processing, D.I.Z. d.o.o. will inform you before limiting will
be abolished.

Portability rights – you can request that D.I.Z. d.o.o. transfer the personal data you
us provided, to another controller and/or requests receipt of your personal data in a structured,
commonly used and machine readable format.
Right to object – you can object to the processing of your personal data by D.I.Z.
d.o.o. for direct marketing or, in another situation in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Croatia, giving
notification to the personal Data Protection Officer.

Your personal information you have provided as a party for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling a lease agreement for a vehicle, are kept as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which we handle them. Criteria based on which we determine the period of retention of personal data is solely the purpose of collecting, the term of the lease contract, the statutory limitation of claims prescribed by law or a specific provision or another law obliging us to keep certain data for a certain amount of time.
