We process the personal information that is required for the above purposes and when they are not collected directly from the person whose data is being processed by the lessee, driver 1 or driver 2. We process personal information that is required for the purposes listed above and which are listed in the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

PRIVACY AND CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA RECEIVER<\/h3>\n

Personal data may be provided in some cases to the public bodies of the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Croatia European Union countries if asked by authorities. In some situations, it is required by police to send data about the driver of the rented vehicle in case of a traffic violence.<\/p>\n

Right to rectification - You may request that D.I.Z. d.o.o. rectify personal data that are incorrect

Right of cancellation (right of oblivion) \u2013 You can request that D.I.Z. d.o.o. delete your personal data
\nif one of the following conditions is fulfilled:<\/p>\n

a. personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise worked;<\/p>\n

b. file an objection to automated decision making and there are no stronger legitimate grounds for the processing, or filing a complaint for processing for direct marketing;<\/p>\n

c. personal data are illegally processed;<\/p>\n

d. personal data must be deleted by a mandate based on European Union law or based on rights and regulations of the Republic of Croatia<\/p>\n

the right of restriction - you may request that D.I.Z. d.o.o. restrict the way in which your <\/strong>
is processed\npersonal data if one of the following is fulfilled:<\/strong><\/p>\n

a. You dispute the accuracy of your personal data, during a period allowed by D.O.O.

C. D.I.Z. d.o.o. no longer needs personal data for processing purposes, but you need it for

In case you requested restriction of processing, D.I.Z. d.o.o. will inform you before limiting will
